Direct Hire Opportunity – Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview:

A growing distribution company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong people skills and solid warehouse and distribution experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff; manage performance at both employee and supervisory levels
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal management, maintaining strong professional relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and driving requirements
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and workflow
• Operate or oversee equipment use; clamp truck experience preferred
• Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and workflow optimization
• Prepare basic operational reports using Excel as needed

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of warehouse and/or distribution experience required
• Proven people skills with experience interacting with both clients and management
• Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with WMS systems; SAP experience a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
• Clamp truck experience preferred
• Good driving record preferred

Pay:

$60,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule:

• Rotating 4-day work week
• 7:00 AM start time
• Day shift
