Pay Rate: $20.00–$24.00/hour
Assignment Type: 6-Month Temporary Assignment

Position Overview:
A growing organization in Fort Myers is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CQI Specialist to support continuous quality improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and supporting operational improvements through reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement

• Prepare reports and present findings to leadership and internal teams

• Review and manage incident reports, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and interpret large data sets

• Support quality improvement initiatives across multiple departments

• Assist with compliance monitoring, reporting infrastructure, and workflow support

• Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness efforts

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and reporting processes

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis

• Comfortable presenting data and insights to leadership and teams

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Experience with incident reporting, compliance tracking, or documentation preferred

• Background in behavioral analytics, data analytics, quality improvement, or related fields is a plus

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or dashboard reporting tools preferred
