Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and licensed Production Electrician for one of our valued clients. This role plays a critical part in supporting electrical processes within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on oil & gas equipment. If you have strong technical expertise and take pride in quality and safety, this is an excellent opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Install, terminate, and connect electrical components on manufactured products
• Work with industrial electrical systems in a production environment
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical instructions
• Ensure all work meets NFPA 70 and Class I, Division 1 standards
• Perform safety and quality checks on completed work
• Support facility electrical work, including repairs, installations, and equipment relocation
• Assist with both stationary equipment (press brakes, plasma tables) and mobile tools
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Identify system or schematic issues that improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain flexibility to meet changing production schedules and deadlines
• Travel between facilities in Wyoming and Colorado as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Active Journeyman Electrician License
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 and hazardous location standards
• Experience with oil & gas equipment electrical systems preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Willingness to share knowledge and support team development

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally (team lift)
• Ability to stand, bend, crawl, kneel, and work in varying positions
• Ability to safely navigate a manufacturing environment
• Strong manual dexterity for detailed electrical work
