Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm, $16.00/hour
Overtime: Required on Fridays and Saturdays as needed (guaranteed overtime opportunities available)
Position Overview:Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a local production team on 1st shift. This role is essential to ensuring products are filled, packaged, and prepared for shipment efficiently and accurately. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, sort, count, weigh, wipe, cap, and fill boxes with product
Apply labels to containers and wrap products manually or using semi-automatic machinery
Unpack and feed bottles into production lines
Place fitments, spray heads, caps, protectors, and dividers on containers
Inspect products for quality (proper fill levels, tight caps, straight labels)
Load machines, monitor production processes, and unload finished goods
Pack boxes and prepare orders for shipment
Palletize finished products and transport them using a pallet jack to staging or distribution areas
Assist with additional duties to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Frequent twisting, bending, and lifting (10–40 lbs intermittently)
Ability to work in a production environment using tools such as box cutters, tape dispensers, and filling equipment
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor processes
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Willingness to work overtime, including Fridays and Saturdays
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or food service is a plus but not required
