A growing manufacturing company in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking experienced Machine Operators (Laminating/Plastic Sealing). This is a great opportunity to join a stable company offering long-term potential and growth!

Schedule and Pay:

• 2nd Shift: 3:20p-11:50p
• 3rd Shift: 11:40p-7:10a
• $22.50/hour
• Pay increase upon getting hired on with the company

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
• Work with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet tight tolerances and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow work instructions and production schedules

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of machine operating experience
• Ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
