General Laborer

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with building and repairing wooden pallets in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment. This role involves using hand tools, assembling pallets, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Schedule:  Monday- Friday 3pm-11pm (May work some weekends)

Payrate:  $15 with no forklift exp.-$16 with forklift exp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and build wooden pallets according to company specifications
• Use hand tools, nail guns, tape measures, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect pallets for quality and durability
• Repair damaged pallets when needed
• Lift, stack, and move lumber and completed pallets
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools and tape measures
• Ability to lift up to 50-60lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team

Work Environment:

• Warehouse or industrial setting
• Exposure to wood dust, noise, and varying temperatures
• Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
