A growing powder coating manufacturing facility in the Whitestown, IN area is seeking a Production Supervisor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an engineering background who is eager to launch their leadership career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

This role requires a leader who can motivate, coach, and develop a team from day one, while learning the business and contributing to overall operational success.

Salary: $70,000–$100,000/year
Schedule: Day or Night Shift Available (12 hour shifts)
Hours: 50+ hours per week
Location: Whitestown, IN

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise production team members to meet daily output and efficiency goals
• Coach employees, provide performance feedback, and support ongoing development
• Train and cross-train team members to build a flexible, high-performing workforce
• Enforce safety policies and lead by example to maintain a safe work environment
• Ensure quality standards are met and collaborate with engineering to resolve issues
• Allocate labor and resources effectively to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) preferred
