Equipment Operator

Lafayette, LA | ($18/hr.+, DOE) | Full-Time

 

We are currently hiring an experienced Equipment Operator for a growing company in Lafayette. This role is ideal for someone comfortable operating multiple types of heavy equipment and handling materials in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Operate forklift, front-end loader, skid steer, and excavator

• Perform material handling and movement of goods

• Assist with loading and unloading materials

• Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

• Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

• Reliable transportation and good attendance

• Ability to work occasional overtime

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Occasional 45-hour work weeks

Pay:

• Starting at $18/hr. or more, depending on experience
