Retail Store Manager

 

Overstocks retailer in south Fort Worth is adding a Store Manager to their team!!

 

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong background in hiring/training employees, setting sales goals, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Ability to drive revenue to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Solid understanding of inventory control - monitoring stock levels, ordering merchandise, and conducting inventory counts to minimize loss
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints promptly and maintaining high service standards
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office/spreadsheets

 

Contract to Hire

Saturdays and 1-2 closing shifts during the week. One full weekend off a month.

$55-65K
