Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday–Wednesday | Flexible between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (24 hours/week)

Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local automotive dealership in Fort Myers to hire a Part-Time BDC Representative.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with customers, managing leads, and supporting a busy sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers—helping create a strong first impression and driving business to the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule appointments
Coordinate appointments for sales and service departments
Enter and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
Confirm appointments and provide reminders to customers
Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism

Qualifications

Previous customer service, call center, or BDC experience preferred
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Reliable with a strong work ethic
