Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (4x10s)
Overtime: Available, up to 70 hours during peak season
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Express Employment is seeking Industrial Laborer Spotters for a client located in Clinton, IA. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain experience in an industrial environment. You’ll support safe operations around heavy equipment while receiving hands-on training and certifications.
Monitor active work areas where mobile equipment is operating
Communicate with equipment operators to guide movement when necessary
Stay alert and identify potential hazards in work zones
Maintain proper positioning and visibility at all times
Support overall safety and efficiency of daily operations
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
Comfortable working outdoors in an industrial environment
