Production Associate

Pay: $15.00/hr to start *possibility of increases based on performance

Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401 (k) and more!

Shift: 1^st shift Monday through Friday (7:00 AM- 3:30 PM)

Location: Reading, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Production Associate:

• Putting metal parts onto racks for anodizing process
• Using hand tools to assemble racks
• Packing products into boxes
• Serving as a backup material handler and box truck driver
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications of the Production Associate:

• 1+ year of production experience 
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• 1+ year of forklift operating experience
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Must be willing to get a medical DOT card
• Must be able to speak and read in English
• Must have the ability to follow directions
