Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot outages

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols

Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures

Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience

Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS environments

Experience with networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms

Excellent communication and customer service skills
