Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk) – Busy Medical Office

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No weekends

This role is well‑suited for candidates with prior exposure to a medical office setting and hands‑on experience with EMR systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and check in patients efficiently and professionally
• Manage high call volume and patient flow throughout the day
• Schedule appointments and collect patient information
• Accurately enter and update data in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Support front desk operations in a busy, fast-paced medical environment
• Deliver excellent customer service while multitasking under pressure

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of medical office or clinic experience (required)
• EMR experience (required)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in a high-volume healthcare setting
