Location: Latrobe, PA
Pay: Based on Experience
Schedule: 1st Shift (Some evenings & Saturdays required)

We are seeking a professional and design-focused Showroom Sales Consultant for a high-end kitchen and bath showroom in the Westmoreland County area. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a customer-focused, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities of the Showroom Sales Consultant:

• Provide customer service
• Develop kitchen and bath layouts based on client needs and preferences
• Prepare quotes, pricing, and sales documentation
• Recommend product to customers  
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries professionally
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Maintain showroom appearance and merchandising displays
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals

Requirements of the Showroom Sales Consultant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design or showroom sales
• Experience using design software such as 2020 Design, SketchUp, Revit, or AutoCAD preferred
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Availability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings
