Are you a CNC Operator looking for a great schedule and steady work? If you have hands-on experience running both mills and lathes, we have a full-time opportunity with a manufacturing company in Odessa that offers a 4-day workweek and no weekends.
Pay and Schedule:
• $18-$21/hr based on Experience
• Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (2 day weekends)
• Location: Odessa, FL
• Temp to Hire

What You Will Do:
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mill and lathe machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards
• Make adjustments to tooling, offsets, and speeds as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Maintain part quality and consistency
Required Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of CNC mill and lathe operation experience
• Experience with Haas and/or Fanuc controls
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to part quality
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and able to work independently in a fast-paced shop environment
