Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Project Manager to support the successful coordination and execution of restaurant equipment and supply build-outs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and excels at communication across multiple teams.

The Junior Project Manager will work closely with senior project managers, customers, and internal operations teams to ensure projects stay on track, timelines are met, and information is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Assist Senior Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of restaurant equipment and supply build-out projects
• Conduct quote follow-ups with customers to confirm project details and secure accurate project start and completion dates
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, project managers, and operations teams
• Track and ensure timely and accurate collection of customer project dates and requirements
• Create, update, and manage project documentation within company systems
• Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates, changes, or potential delays
• Ensure all project records are organized, accurate, and current

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with computer and web-based project management tools
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Comfortable using phone systems and standard office equipment
