This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on the production floor and enjoys coaching teams, solving problems, and improving processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise and lead a team of 12–15 production employees
• Oversee daily production operations to meet output and quality targets
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on the floor
• Conduct daily team meetings and shift start-ups
• Monitor production performance, efficiency, and quality standards
• Support and implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs with internal teams
• Help manage labour, scheduling, and overtime
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate materials/supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment

What You Bring:

• Experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Team Lead
• Background in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams on the floor
• Hands-on knowledge of production equipment and processes
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• High School Diploma required (post-secondary is an asset)
