Local CDLA Delivery Driver & Warehouse Support Job Summary: We are the nation’s leading distributor of flooring and sundries, operating as a house of brands with 45 locations across 23 states. We are seeking a highly customer-driven individual to serve as a brand ambassador while making local deliveries and supporting warehouse operations as needed. This role requires a motivated, dependable professional who is committed to delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include timely and accurate local deliveries, as well as assisting with warehouse tasks to support overall operations.

Local CDLA Delivery Driver and Warehouse Support Job Responsibilities: 

• Deliver products to local commercial customers (no overnight trips)
• Follow customer orders and ensure accurate and safe delivery
• Operate a semi-truck
• Safely back into and out of docks
• Delivering touch freight to garages and newly constructed housing developments
• Load, unload, carry, and lift products independently
• Load and unload with forklift pallet hacks dollies
• Maintain ELOG and comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Provide friendly, flexible, and customer-focused service while maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Adapt to changing routes and customer needs as required
• Maintain an excellent driving record and a strong commitment to safe driving practices

Schedule & Pay: 

• 6:30am–4:30pm or until done based on location of deliveries M-F
• $30.00-$35.00/HR DOE

Local CDLA Delivery Driver and Warehouse Support Qualifications:

• Valid CDL-A license
• Current DOT medical card
• Clean PSP with no safety violations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Delivery driver experience with direct customer service preferred
• Ability to learn core computer systems with general operating systems for orders
• Safe, clean driving record with at least three years of commercial delivery driving experience (minimum 26-ft box truck required)
• Forklift experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. (average lifting is approximately 50 lbs.)
• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, and walk as needed
• Ability to safely navigate deliveries at construction sites or docks using proper safety equipment
• Always maintain professionalism, including adapting to the specific requirements of each delivery location and contractor needs
