Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for one of our valued manufacturing clients. If you have experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable local employer.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
• Perform emergency repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance
• Work with mechanical systems including bearings, gears, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and motors
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical systems, including AC/DC circuits, motor starters, fuses, and relays
• Use hand tools, power tools, welders, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with equipment rebuilds, installations, and plant shutdown projects
• Support production teams during equipment breakdowns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
• High school diploma or skilled trades training preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• English proficiency required
• Valid driver's license may be required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hour shifts
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to climb ladders and work on elevated equipment
• Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, and industrial environments
• Ability to wear required PPE at all times
