IT Junior Systems Administrator
Location: Honolulu, HI
Compensation: $45,000- $55,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Do
•Act as the first point of contact for IT help desk tickets, resolving issues and escalating when needed.

•Support user account management, system access, and password administration.

•Assist with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, servers, printers, and network‑related equipment.

•Perform device deployments, upgrades, break‑fix support, and routine system maintenance.

•Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective system use.

 

 What You’ll Bring
