Overview:

Family-owned and locally trusted auto repair shop in Bremerton is looking for a Service Advisor who loves helping people, thrives on great customer service, and can keep the front office running smoothly. You’ll be the friendly face and voice our customers rely on while working closely with four experienced auto technicians to keep days organized and cars rolling back out the door.

If you’re great on the phone, comfortable juggling schedules, and enjoy being the go-to problem solver—this could be a great long-term fit.

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Greet customers and check guests in and out
• Answer phones with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule services and coordinate workflow with technicians
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly to customers
• Order parts to technician specifications
• Process payments and run credit card transactions
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
• Provide an overall positive, stress-free customer experience

Requirements:

• Fabulous customer service skills (we can’t stress this enough)
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
• Basic computer skills
• Previous service advisor or automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

• $25-$32 – Base plus commission

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
• Consistent hours with a stable team
