Job Type:  Full-Time | 1^st Shift

 

Position Overview:  Performs residential HVAC system installations with minimal supervision while supporting the Lead Installer in delivering high-quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and accessories according to company and manufacturer standards.
• Assist Lead Installer in planning job execution and sequencing tasks.
• Verify equipment and materials prior to installation to ensure correct models and quantities.
• Perform system startup procedures and operational checks under supervision.
• Ensure installations meet applicable codes and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation including photos, notes and checklists.
• Troubleshoot minor installation issues and excalate complex problems appropriately.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding job progress and basic system operation
• Maintain job-site cleanliness and property protection standards.
• Support training of install I team members.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years HVAC installation or related experience.
• Strong Mechanical skill and ability to read installation instructions.
• EPA 608 certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
