Job Title: Swiss Machine Assistant / General Laborer
Location: Painesville, Ohio
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $16–$20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean machined parts
• Chamfer and deburr parts as needed
• Prepare and stage material bars for Swiss machines
• Load bars into machines for production runs
• Assist machine operators with general production tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• Entry-level – no prior machining experience required
• Reliable and dependable with good attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
