Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Payment Processor / Office Support Associate for a growing company in Cape Coral. This is an evaluation hire opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, analytical, and highly accurate when handling financial data and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and apply incoming payments into the company’s system
• Review payment documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of transactions
• Identify and communicate discrepancies or missing information
• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as needed
• Support office operations with clerical duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry, payment processing, or accounting support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with computers and data entry systems
• Experience with 10-key entry is highly preferred
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
