Qualifications

• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Strong customer service communication skills must be able to have in-person conversations with customers.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and keeps a good driving record to meet insurance coverage guidelines.
• Ability to be flexible, no day is the same, and must be able to handle frequent changes and unexpected disruptions.
• Strong attention to detail with reading work orders and counting for inventory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push up to 100 lbs on a pushcart.
• No related experience required, willing to train.
• Must be 21 or over to qualify for insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customer locations by driving a small company box truck.
• Stock and merchandise products onsite at client facilities.
• Count and manage inventory using a handheld RD scanner.
• Quality control of products by checking expiration dates and verifying stock numbers.
• Troubleshoot onsite vending machines if there are problems, and request service if maintenance is required.
• Cleans vending machines and other equipment that is onsite for the client.
• Keep the truck organized and clean, at the end of each shift ensure the truck is emptied of recycling and swept.
• Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service, with a smile on your face always!
• Listen to customers’ feedback and ensure that if there are challenges or concerns, they are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts, 6 am-4:30 pm (or until all deliveries are completed)
• Weekends off!
• In addition, you will have one day off during the week, typically a Tuesday or a Wednesday.
• Be able to work overtime until your route is complete.
