• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician for a short-term project. The position involves traveling between four properties.

 

Duties include:

• Unclogging toilets and sinks
• Sweeping and maintaining exterior areas
• Replacing light bulbs
• Patching and painting vacant units

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of previous maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation between properties
