Our client located in the Woodstock IL is looking for an experienced Service / Sales Manager to join their team! In this role, you will lead HVAC service operations, manage technicians, and drive sales growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Position: Service / Sales Manager
Schedule: 1st Shift (Full-Time)
Pay: 65,000-80,000

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily HVAC service department operations while adhering to budget guidelines
• Supervise service technicians with dispatcher support
• Provide leadership and hands-on assistance with HVAC installation and service work
• Develop and execute sales strategies, including estimating, bidding, proposals, and closing
• Serve as HVAC service account manager for new and existing customers
• Maintain sales logs, leads, follow-up activity, and achieve quarterly and annual goals
• Order major project equipment and approve overhead purchases
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and coordinate closely with dispatch
• Manage project turnover to ensure smooth implementation
• Work with building owners and property managers to grow business

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service, and maintenance (Min 3 years)
• Experience supervising technicians and managing operations
• Sales experience including estimating, proposals, and closing
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and perform job cost analysis
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Self-starter with the ability to multitask and lead by example

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, or work in the field as needed
