Warehouse Support / Field Tech Assistant - $22/hr

Job Description:
This role is a combination of warehouse support and field technician assistance, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and hands-on work. You will support daily warehouse operations while also assisting field techs on installation and repair projects. The position requires working both indoors and outdoors in physically demanding and sometimes dirty environments. This is an entry-level opportunity on the field tech side with room for growth.

Responsibilities for the job include:

• Assist with order selecting, shipping, and receiving
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
• Support field technicians on HVAC and plumbing installation projects
• Travel with field techs to job sites as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety procedures, including wearing steel-toed boots
• Jump in to assist wherever needed as tasks arise
• Driving a company vehicle to and from job site

Experience and Skills Required

• At least 2 years of warehouse support experience
• Ability to drive company vehicle
• Strong job tenure and reliability
• Experience with order selecting, shipping, and receiving
• Comfortable working in outdoor and physically demanding environments
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and assist in field technician work

Work Schedule:
Monday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Tuesday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Wednesday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Thursday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
