Bilingual Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
A busy supply company in Homewood is looking to add a skilled Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to their growing team! If you have experience operating an electric sit-down forklift, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in doing the job right, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

  • Operate electric sit-down forklift to move, double/triple stack, and unstack pallets.

  • Pick and move packages manually and by forklift according to orders.

  • Count and verify boxes to maintain accurate inventory.

  • Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing products within the warehouse.

  • Perform general warehouse duties such as lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing products (up to 70 lbs).

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety procedures.

  • Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Pay:

  • FULL TIME; Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

  • Willingness to work overtime if needed

  • $15/hour

Here's What Makes YOU a Great Fit:

  • 1+ year of experience with picking, pallet stacking, and forklift operation.

  • Certified or experienced in operating an electric sit-down forklift.

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.

  • Physically able to meet job requirements (lift up to 70 lbs, stand, walk, bend, twist, and carry throughout the shift).

  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Drug-free, and able to pass background screening.

  • Must have reliable transportation.
