Assembly Line Worker - Food Production

We are seeking dependable Assembly Line Workers to join a food production team on second shift. This position supports production operations through bottling, labeling, packaging, and quality control activities while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

Job Duties

• Perform production line tasks including bottling, labeling, capping, and packaging products
• Rotate between multiple workstations to support production requirements and workflow needs
• Monitor products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate production equipment according to established work instructions
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures
• Maintain production flow while meeting productivity goals
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food manufacturing standards
• Assist with general production and packaging duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, food service, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new production processes and equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Non-slip footwear required
• Understanding of food safety practices preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds without assistance
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
• Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials
• Ability to work safely while meeting production expectations

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Second Shift
• Monday through Friday
• Hours: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
• Mandatory overtime every fourth Saturday
