Electro-Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and equipment according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Duties

Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and complete machine systems
Mount components to equipment frames, assemblies, and control panels according to specifications
Install, route, and connect wiring harnesses, terminals, and electrical components
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
Adapt assembly processes to accommodate variations in parts, wiring configurations, and build requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

Electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly techniques
Ability to use measuring instruments and perform basic shop math
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move 20 to 40 pounds without assistance
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
Frequent use of hands for assembly, wiring, and tool operation
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Schedule

Full-time position
First Shift
Monday through Thursday
Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Optional overtime available on Fridays
