We’re seeking an experienced industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support daily operations by keeping production machinery running safely and efficiently. This is not a building or apartment maintenance role — we need someone with hands-on experience working on industrial equipment, tooling, and machinery.
Location: Solon, OH Pay: $25/hr Schedule:
Mon–Thurs: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Fri: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment breakdowns
Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on machinery and tooling
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Diagnose problems, replace/repair parts, and adjust equipment as needed
Identify faulty equipment and escalate complex issues to the Technical Maintenance Lead
Support setup operations when required
Operate industrial lift trucks, high-lifts, and pallet jacks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and maintenance policies
Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required (Building, apartment, or city maintenance backgrounds are not a match)
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment issues
Experience with production machinery and tooling
