General Labor / Production Associate — Wentzville, MO

About the Role
This General Labor / Production Associate role supports an automotive manufacturing environment in Wentzville, Missouri. You will be cross-trained across multiple production stations, working hands-on with truck preparation, masking, and bed lining processes using both manual tools and automated equipment. This is a fast-paced, team-based role with rotating responsibilities across all shifts.

What We Offer

• Pay: $18.00–$19.35 per hour (based on shift assigned)
• Shift: All shifts available; must be able to work any day of the week (weekends may be mandatory based on production needs)

What You'll Be Doing

• Pull trucks into the garage and prepare truck beds by cleaning and removing dust and debris
• Mask and tape truck tailgates to ensure clean cut lines and proper protection during processing
• Scuff and prep critical tailgate areas using hand tools such as SOS pads
• Apply protective plastic sheeting to truck exteriors to prevent overspray or damage
• Install logos and assist with automated truck bed lining application, then demask, inspect, and clean finished trucks to verify quality and coating thickness

To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:

• Direct experience in general labor, production, or manufacturing roles
• Ability to be cross-trained and rotate between multiple production tasks
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability to work any shift, including weekends as required by production
