About the Role
This Industrial Maintenance Technician position is for a true plant maintenance professional supporting production equipment in a manufacturing environment in St. Peters. You’ll handle breakdowns, PMs, and continuous improvement on mechanical and electrical systems where uptime and safe troubleshooting matter.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment including conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, motors, and mechanical drives
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on 3-phase power, control panels, motor starters, sensors, and basic PLC-related components
• Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems including valves, cylinders, regulators, and air logic
• Complete preventive maintenance (PM) work to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Follow proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and plant safety standards during all maintenance activities

To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:

• Must have industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment — apartment, residential, or general building maintenance does NOT qualify
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems including 3-phase power and control circuits
• Experience with pneumatic and/or hydraulic systems in an industrial setting
• Familiarity with PM programs, breakdown maintenance, and plant equipment reliability

This Role is NOT for You If:

• Your background is limited to facilities, building, apartment, or hotel maintenance
• You have only performed inspections, light repairs, or non-production maintenance
• You do not have hands-on experience troubleshooting live manufacturing equipment
