LOCAL PROPANE SERVICE IN BEAUTIFUL NAPA VALLEY IS SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. THIS IS A LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY AND THE PAY IS $23.00 - $26.00 AN HOUR DOE!

 

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating service requests, maintaining records, and assisting with basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate is organized, meticulous, and able to multitask in a demanding environment.

 

Key Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding propane services, deliveries, billing, and account information.
• Schedule and coordinate propane deliveries and service appointments
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer records, files, and documentation (both digital and physical)
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Communicate with drivers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure efficient service operations.
• Monitor and follow up on service requests and customer issues to ensure resolution.
• Support office operations and assist with additional duties as needed.
