Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to oversee residential and light commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate is a licensed electrician with strong leadership skills, the ability to manage job sites, and a commitment to high-quality, code-compliant work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans
• Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes, and safety standards
• Coordinate project timelines, materials, and inspections
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and management

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license (state-appropriate)
• 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and ladders
