This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, fabrication, or general production work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sheet metal fabrication and assembly of industrial cooler and freezer panels
• Operate production machinery and fabrication equipment (non-programming machine operation)
• Complete mechanical assembly and production tasks
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Use calipers, measuring tools, and tape measures
• Package and prepare materials for shipment

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machine operation, or assembly preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure (blueprint experience is a plus)
• Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts
• Strong attendance and work history
