Electro‑Mechanical Field Technician

Pay: $24.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Day Shift

We are seeking an experienced Electro‑Mechanical Field Technician to install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems at customer locations. This direct‑hire opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on technician who enjoys working in the field, troubleshooting complex equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair motors, generators, pumps, and gearboxes
• Service transformers and switchgear at customer facilities
• Perform diagnostic testing, evaluations, and data collection
• Provide on‑site technical support and customer service
• Load, unload, and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
• Work safely in industrial field environments involving climbing, bending, and reaching

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electro‑mechanical technician experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Field service experience with industrial equipment
• Proficiency with computers and diagnostic/testing equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Post‑secondary education or certification in electrical, mechanical, or industrial technology
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
• Physically capable of performing field‑based service work
