Team Leader – Moving & Logistics

Location: South Asheville / Arden Area
Pay: $20 – $25 per hour + tips
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

A growing service-based company in the South Asheville area is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily job operations and lead a crew in delivering high-quality service. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, communicates clearly, and takes pride in leading by example.

The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally while maintaining a positive experience for both the customer and the crew.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a crew on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Communicate clearly with team members and customers throughout each job
Ensure all work is performed to company standards with a focus on quality and professionalism
Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites
Support training and development of team members
Address issues on-site and provide solutions to keep jobs on track
Serve as the main point of contact for customers during service delivery
Promote a positive team culture and hold crew members accountable to expectations

Qualifications

Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards
Dependable with strong work ethic and accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Forklift experience is a plus

Requirements

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Ability to obtain a DOT physical
Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Pay & Benefits

$20 – $25 per hour based on experience, plus tips
