Location: South Asheville / Arden Area (Onsite)
Pay: $21 per hour + incentives
Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours per week

A growing service-based company in the South Asheville area is seeking a Client Services & Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and confidently guiding customers through the sales process.

This position combines customer service, sales, and administrative support, and offers strong growth potential within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective and current customers, providing accurate information and closing sales when appropriate
• Follow up on website and phone leads to convert inquiries into bookings
• Proactively reach out to residential and commercial clients to promote services
• Schedule deliveries and pickups while coordinating with operations staff
• Enter reservations and maintain accurate customer records for scheduling and billing
• Handle customer questions or concerns, providing prompt resolution and follow-up
• Secure electronic agreements and process customer transactions
• Assist with marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and events
• Represent the company professionally during occasional in-person interactions or networking opportunities
• Support administrative tasks including email communication, collections, and documentation
• Help maintain a positive customer experience from first contact through completion of service

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to confidently ask for the sale and explain services persuasively
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
