Accounts Payable Clerk

Located in St. Thomas, ON

Salary: $25 - $28/hr

Express Employment London has two Accounts Payable positions open.

 

One position is in St. Thomas

One position is in London

 

Both roles are short-term contracts, however they do have the possibility of becoming long-term and permanent for the right candidate.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices
• Ensure proper expense coding in line with company policies and cost centers
• Respond promptly to vendor and internal inquiries
• Assist in clearing long-outstanding items on the AP aging report
• Support cleanup of open Goods Received Not Invoiced items over 90 days
• Maintain organized and accurate filing of invoices and supporting documentation

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
