About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced insurance office in Springfield. This is a key front-line role, serving as the first point of contact for clients and supporting our team with accurate data entry, appointment setting, and customer service. Candidates must be willing to pursue licensing in Property & Casualty insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Answer high-volume phone calls and provide excellent customer service
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records in our system
• Schedule appointments and assist customers with inquiries
• Support a fast-paced insurance office with a “can-do” attitude
• Learn and obtain Property & Casualty insurance licensing

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Google Chrome, and general data entry
• Experience in high-volume phone customer service and multitasking
• Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment
• Typing and organizational skills essential
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• $18–$20/hour
