Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm; Saturdays 9:00am – 12:00pm (March–May only)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Equipment Technician to join our team in Texarkana, TX. This position will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of small engine equipment including zero-turn mowers, lawn mowers, chainsaws, and blowers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and general tune-ups
• Diagnose and repair issues with small engine equipment
• Replace and adjust belts, pulleys, and other mechanical components
• Inspect equipment for safety and functionality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate with team members regarding repair timelines and parts needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with small engines or similar equipment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required
• Must have own tools
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment as needed
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
