We are seeking 4 physically fit and detail-oriented day laborers for two days to assist with the manual unloading of a floor-loaded shipping container. This role requires heavy lifting and the ability to accurately sort items based on product codes.

Location: Dedham, MA
Shift: Tentative Friday - 4/3/26 and Tuesday - 4/7/26

Estimated Duration: 6:00am-2:30pm (30 min meal break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Unloading: Efficiently unload boxes from a shipping container.
• Sorting & Palletizing: Identify specific product codes on packaging and stack items onto corresponding pallets.
• Heavy Lifting: Repeatedly lift and carry boxes averaging 40 lbs.
• Organization: Ensure pallets are stacked securely and shrink-wrapped for transport (if applicable).
• Safety: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all site-specific safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to read and match alphanumeric product codes accurately.
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Dedham.
• Steel-toed boots/work shoes and work gloves are Required for safety.
