Location: Happy Valley, OR
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $25/hour

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a residential property in Happy Valley, OR. If you have experience in apartment maintenance and enjoy problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential maintenance tasks such as power washing, appliance repair/removal, and touch-up painting
• Repair drywall, complete cosmetic fixes, and address work orders efficiently
• Clean grounds, including picking up trash and dog waste
• Utilize basic hand tools to perform repairs and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion
• Apply electrical and plumbing knowledge (preferred)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of prior apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with basic hand tools
