Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate to join a fast-paced and customer-focused team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Process transactions accurately using a POS system
• Help with receiving, stocking, and merchandising inventory
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling; must be available to work weekends as needed
