Customer Service/Sales Representative

 

Pay: $18.00-$19.00/hour

Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!

Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Friday (8am-5pm)

Location: Bally, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Sales Representative :

• Quoting orders for customers
• Using AS400 system to input orders and information for customers
• Guiding customers through website for purchases
• Helping to up-sale to customers/clients

Qualifications of the Customer Service/Sales Representative:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• Experience with using computer, phone lines, and data entry
• Experience with an AS400 system is a plus!
• High School Diploma, College Degree is a plus!
