In this role, you will connect job seekers with meaningful employment while helping local businesses find the talent they need to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment & Candidate Management

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
• Match candidates to job opportunities based on skills and client needs
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct reference checks and pre-employment screening

Inside Sales & Client Support

• Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients regarding staffing needs
• Promote Express staffing solutions including temporary and full-time placements
• Present qualified candidates to clients
• Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision makers
• Support the Business Development team with candidate presentations and recruitment solutions

Account Management

• Build strong relationships with clients and associates
• Support candidates throughout their employment journey
• Troubleshoot and resolve workplace issues when needed

Administrative

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and applicant tracking systems
• Post jobs and manage applications across multiple platforms

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, inside sales or customer relationship management
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Confidence making outbound calls and engaging with clients
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
