Melting Operator 3^rd Shift  

American Canyon, CA

$22.50/hour DOE

Must be available Monday to Sunday 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Carry out melting of fat according to the Kanban
• Validate type of fat to melt and correct location of where fat will be sent
• Check sugar levels in PLC
• Monitor temperatures of melters
• Dump powder materials according to recipe
• Refill sugar silos according to requirements of the liquids area
• Must be able to receive raw materials in bags of 50lbs or less from warehouse
